In a January 27, 2026 email to the community, Fred Ruda cited that “Haber Law was unaware that Mr. Schwartz had obtained counsel as notice from his counsel was sent to an incorrect email address at Haber Law.” We thank Mr. Ruda for pointing this out and The Conscience retracts any and all references in the newsletter to unethical conduct by Darrin Gursky and/or the Haber Law Firm and we extend our sincerest apologies to them as well.
